style="font-size:16.0000pt">三、测量原理</span></span></strong></p><p><span style="font-family:宋体"><span style="font-size:10.5000pt">1、磁性法</span></span></p><p><span style="font-family:宋体"><span style="font-size:10.5000pt">当测头与覆层接触时，测头与磁性金属基体构成一闭合磁路，由于非磁性覆层的存在，使磁路磁阻发生变化，通过测量其变化量，可测得其覆层的厚度。</span></span></p><p><span style="font-family:宋体"><span style="font-size:10.5000pt">2、涡流法</span></span></p><p><span style="font-family:宋体"><span style="font-size:10.5000pt">利用高频交变电流线圈中产生一磁场，当测头与金属接触时，金属基体上会产生涡流，并对测头具有反馈作用，通过其反馈作用的大小可测出覆层厚度。</span></span></p><p><strong><span style="font-family:宋体"><span style="font-size:10.5000pt">不应在紧靠试件的突变处，如边缘、洞和内转角等处进行测量。</span></span></p><p><span style="font-family:宋体"><span style="font-size:12.0000pt">4、曲率:</span></span><span style="font-family:宋体"><span style="font-size:12.0000pt">6、表面清洁度:</span></span><span style="font-family:宋体"><span style="font-size:10.5000pt">测量前，应清除表面上的任何附着物质，如尘土、油脂及腐蚀产物等，但不要除去任何覆盖层物质。</span></span></p><p><span style="font-family:宋体"><span style="font-size:12.0000pt">7、磁场:</span></span><span style="font-family:宋体"><span style="font-size:10.5000pt">周围各种电气设备所产生的磁场会严重干扰磁性测厚工作。</span></span></p><p><span style="font-size:16.0000pt">九、使用说明</span></span></strong></p><p><strong><span style="font-family:宋体"><span style="font-size:12.0000pt">1、开机：</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:宋体"><span style="font-size:10.5000pt">按下ON键后仪器听到一声鸣响，屏幕上显示仪器编号GO8100。自动恢复上次关机前的参数设置后，将显示0，仪器进入待测状态。可测量工件了。经过一段时间不使用仪器将自动关机。</span></span></p><p><strong><span style="font-family:宋体"><span style="font-size:12.0000pt">2、测量：</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:宋体"><span style="font-size:10.5000pt">仪器会自动感应被测基体：感应到是磁性基体时仪器显示Fe；感应到是非磁性金属是仪器显示NFe。</span></span><strong><span style="font-family:宋体"><span style="font-size:10.5000pt">测量时要手拿仪器手柄凹形处，探头垂直于所测量的金属表面并迅速按下，待蜂鸣声响后才拿起仪器！</span></span></strong></p><p><strong><span style="font-family:宋体"><span style="font-size:12.0000pt">3、零位校准：</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:宋体"><span style="font-size:10.5000pt">在待测状态下将探头垂直压在基准块上，之后屏幕上会显示&lt;╳.╳&mu;m&gt;，然后按下&ldquo;ZERO&rdquo;键进行零位校准。在上述过程中探头一直压在基体上，直到屏幕显示（0&nbsp;CAL</span></span><span style="font-family:宋体"><span style="font-size:10.5000pt">）</span></span><span style="font-family:宋体"><span style="font-size:10.5000pt">后才能提起探头。重复零校准可获得更为的零点。</span></span></p><p><strong><span style="font-family:宋体"><span style="font-size:10.5000pt">注：因我们提供的Fe片和Al片的材质与贵司的基材不*相同即零位并不一样，因此zui科学的方法是在贵司实际工件光洁底材上做零位校准！</span></span></strong></p><p><strong><span style="font-family:宋体"><span style="font-size:12.0000pt">4、两点校准</span></span></strong></p><p><span style="font-family:宋体"><span style="font-size:10.5000pt">1、先校准零位。方法同零位校准。</span></span></p><p><span style="font-family:宋体"><span style="font-size:10.5000pt">2、将标准膜片放在基准块上，用仪器测出其值。若显示屏上测量值与标准膜片不同，则可使用▲、▼来修正读值，使其达到标准。校准完成，可以开始测量。</span></span><strong><span style="font-family:宋体"><span style="font-size:10.5000pt">用▲、▼来修正读值时请提起探头！</span></span></strong></p><p><strong><span style="font-family:宋体"><span style="font-size:12.0000pt">5、如果仪器显示数值出现混乱或死机，</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:宋体"><span style="font-size:10.5000pt">需进行恢复出厂设置。见以下第十一条&ldquo;保养与故障处理&rdquo;的第3小条操作，即可进行正常测量。</span></span></p><p><strong><span style="font-family:宋体"><span style="font-size:16.0000pt">十、使用操作步骤</span></span></strong></p><p><span style="font-family:宋体"><span style="font-size:10.5000pt">1、同时按住&ldquo;▲&rdquo;和&ldquo;ON&rdquo;键。</span></span></p><p><span style="font-family:宋体"><span style="font-size:10.5000pt">2、放开&ldquo;ON&rdquo;键。</span></span></p><p><span style="font-family:宋体"><span style="font-size:10.5000pt">3、待屏幕上会出现&nbsp;&ldquo;O&rdquo;时再松开&ldquo;▲&rdquo;，屏幕便显示FE,仪器进入测头选择状态。</span></span></p><p><span style="font-family:宋体"><span style="font-size:10.5000pt">4、每按&ldquo;▲&rdquo;键一次可选择一次，可依次选择磁性/铁基型（屏幕显示Fe）、涡流/非铁型（屏幕显示NFe</span></span><span style="font-family:times new roman"><span style="font-size:10.5000pt">）</span></span><span style="font-family:宋体"><span style="font-size:10.5000pt">、&nbsp;两用自动型（屏幕显示Fe&nbsp;N</span></span><span style="font-family:times new roman"><span style="font-size:10.5000pt">Fe）</span></span><span style="font-family:宋体"><span style="font-size:10.5000pt">。</span></span></p><p><span style="font-family:宋体"><span style="font-size:10.5000pt">5、按&ldquo;ZERO&rdquo;键确认所选测头状态。仪器复位后进入所选测头状态进行测量。</span></span></p><p><strong><span style="font-family:宋体"><span style="font-size:16.0000pt">十一、保养与故障处理</span></span></strong></p><p><strong><span style="font-family:宋体"><span style="font-size:14.0000pt">1、环境要求:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:宋体"><span style="font-size:10.5000pt">严格避强磁场、油污、重尘、潮湿、重撞。</span></span></p><p><strong><span style="font-family:宋体"><span style="font-size:14.0000pt">2、更换电池:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:宋体"><span style="font-size:10.5000pt">仪器长期不使用时应取出电池。当仪器出现低电压提示时应更换电池，更换电池时请注意极性。请使用正规厂家生产的电池，可以避免因电池漏液而导致机器故障。</span></span></p><p><strong><span style="font-family:宋体"><span style="font-size:14.0000pt">3、故障排除:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:宋体"><span style="font-size:10.5000pt">出现较大误差（如：校准不当或有操作错误等）时可按以下步骤恢复出厂设置。</span></span></p><p><span style="font-family:宋体"><span style="font-size:10.5000pt">先同时按住&nbsp;</span></span><span style="font-family:times new roman"><span style="font-size:10.5000pt">&ldquo;</span></span><span
